They've had 6 people standing at the register and refused to take any more orders until they had cleared the other ones out. They get orders consistently wrong. I was there last night and the 3 people ahead of me all got wrong orders. One group after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take their order. There is one person who works there that it's unclear if they are male or female. That is beside the point, but he/she is the rudest person I've had the misfortune to come across in a long time. This person is as rude to the customers as they are to their coworkers. I do not eat there but I'm a food delivery person, so sometimes it's unavailable. But I won't waste my money there and be treated shabbily.

There was always long lines and the restaurant was always a little dirty for my liking. However two visits in a row at lunch, I've gone through the drive through and received my food SO FAST and it's been super fresh and hot both times. I just felt like y'all need to know it's night and day from what it was years ago. Way to go Wendy's!🤘🍔
