One employee did nothing but drink her own smoothie and talked to a guy setting in a corner. The lady at the drive thru had to take my order. The customer awareness needs to be addressed by the owner. Food servers should not be eating or drinking. In front of customers.. bad experience today.

Well, yes, we're supposed to make sure the items are there. We're also not allowed to go through and open up the items to look at the items And out of the fifteen dashes that i've done from this location.All fifteen have missed an item.
