Now I remember why I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 2 years. And the wait time after paying for my food was unreal. Wish I hadn’t had to pay first. I would have walked and and they would’ve deserved to be out what 2 tacos cost……2 tacos!!! That was all I needed. And the lobby was almost empty

11/3/25 12:00pm.
Came in for my 30 minute lunch break. Ordered my food via menu screen. Chose the option to pay with cash after order was complete. I stood in front of that counter for 29 minutes!!!! After being asked if I had a Door Dash order I said "no, but I've been waiting for my food for almost 30 minutes. They asked what the name was on my order and I told them "Val". A female wroker said that she didn't have a "Val" on her side. When she asked her male coworker on the other side he didn't say anything but simply grabbed a cup, approached the counter and said "that'll be 12.95". I replied by saying "For what? No thanks. I no longer have the time to eat on what was my 30 minutes lunch break." Not one "we apologize, let us make that right". Just a dirty look and a "whatever" by the male worker working the window side line. This was my "go to" spot for lunch when working in this area of town. That's no longer the case. Just a side note...there were a whole two people dining in already eating. Thanks for nothing. "Val"

My recent experience at Taco Bell was disappointing due to a mix-up with my order, which was compounded by the apparent lack of focus from the staff. While I support the legalization of marijuana, it seems inappropriate for employees to be under its influence while on the job. This situation not only affected the quality of service but also raised concerns about the overall professionalism of the establishment.

With customers handling their own orders at the kiosks and there being very little (if any) interaction between employees and customers, why is the food so expensive? Taco Bell is acting like it wants to streamline processes to save money and be more efficient, but the price of the food suggests that they're trying to get as much out of their customers as possible. A flat quesadilla, burrito, and large drink should not run me $17-$18. That's ridiculous. There also always seems to be some kind of shortage at these stores, and while it rarely affects me, it's something that I do notice.
For comparison, the "Box Combo" at Raising Canes offers much more food and a similar drink size for between $12-$13. Heck, for two more dollars, I could go enjoy the Lemon Butter Chicken and Herb bowl at Logan's Roadhouse. It makes absolutely no sense to be spending this kind of money here on food that is okay at best when there exist significantly better options.
