  Waited in line with about two other cars for around thirty minutes line barley moving taking 15 minutes to give on car their food. Got to the car infront of me and stopped serving food because they were closed after we had waited 30 to 45 minutes just to eat there no where near closing.

  Took over an hour in the drive thru to even order unable to get out cars behind, cars in front, then took another 30 minutes just to get the food. Slowest service I have ever seen. Completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Do better.. won’t be back… if zero stars was an option that is what I’d give..

  we got to taco bell around 10:05 and had placed our take out order on the kiosk at 10:09pm , we did not receive our food until 11:15pm an hour we did not receive our food and we were not the the only people in there waiting for over an hour so many doordashers and just people placing take out orders waiting . they even had one employee quit due to the lack of support of his other team members. one lady with blue hair was doing jack nothing letting the other team members do all the work she was on her phone , walking around doing pretty much anything but work to get orders out . horrible customer service . when food came out they would just sit it on the counter and not say any names or nothing just letting everyone else try to figure out who’s it was . i’m usually not the one to complain as i am a waitress myself and know how hard fast food or the food industry can be in general . but waiting over an hour for food as well as like 10 other people waiting that long is not okay especially when they are just not doing anything back there . you would think about an hour of waiting the food would be hot ? no ice cold and burnt . i will never ever go back to this location as there is so many other locations in abilene better then this one . they need a restaffing immediately.

  I rarely get taco bell but once in a while I’ll stop for this one because it’s on my way home. Somehow these people always forget something. The salsa, the main item, a taco, a burrito or tonight the queso that I PAID EXTRA for. Honestly pathetic of their employees at this employees. Guess they’re trying to be special by constantly forgetting items people pay for.

  Was in town with family they used AI to take drive through orders it was not right at all and the lady that had a bandana on was rude and disrespectful and we had to come inside to do our order correctly. Why even work if your gonna be lazy and use a lifeless machine to do your job???? AI is a stupid choice for a professional environment 👏🏽 Take the order yourselves its not that hard . What a Joke its pathetic
