Waited an additional 10 minutes to finally get the attention of I assume the manager. He approached with an aggressive attitude and told me “I wasn’t even supposed to be in there” and I responded “im sorry I didn’t know”. There was no signage posted in regards to the building being closed and the doors were not locked. He proceeded to lock me in and I explained I’m missing items in my order. He casually mentioned it to the cook and then continued his conversation with a coworker about him, wanting to hook up with a girl. And then wait for another 10 to 15 minutes and they still haven’t made it my items and I had to then ask again about my items and they got it confused with the DoorDash order, when it was obvious that I was not because I was just in the drive-through and then I was then told exit at a different door. They had continuous aggressive attitudes and only had one poor guy doing the food while the other stood on their phones or talking about their next freaking tinder date. No wonder why we waited so long in the drive thru……
