  Very slow not because the employees are not doing anything but because I think they must always understaff there stores the employees are always busting there buts to get stuff out

  A friend and I went in, ordered separately. She paid with a card. I placed my order and chose to pay with cash. Stood at the counter for over 15 min waiting for someone, anyone to come take my money. Her order came out, the next 3 orders came out. I finally hollered to get someone's attention, asked if there was an order for my name, they said yes. I was like ok. Another 10 min goes by, the little girls that said my order was back there, comes and asked if I needed to pay. I said yes ma'am. But you said my order was back there over 10 min ago, at this point. She said yeah, we don't make it till after it's paid for. I asked her why no one had come to get my money, like is there no alert to say, hey someone needs to pay, so they can get there food? She said no, and they don't have a front cashier anyway. Like, WHAT!? Waited over 30 min, no apologies, no compensation, not even a thank you. Nothing. Worst customer service in this town, hands down.

  If I could leave 0 stars i would. I called to see if I could get another queso replacement that comes with the nacho fries and as advertised on all the pictures because mine wasn’t even halfway full, It is filled to the rim of the cup on advertising. The “manager” who’s name is Chonna, said they only give 2 pumps of queso into the cup and I said that would be false advertising because on the picture on the menu has it all the way filled. She then refused to give me her last name to make a report or HRs number or any upper above. I will never ever come back to this location, i recommend the location by HSU because they always do a good job. She also said that i would have to look up HR or corporates number instead of her giving it to me. Completely unfair and had an attitude the whole time. Taco bell needs better workers with better decorum.
