I asked for a Real Fruit Lemon Berry Slush — which they very clearly do carry — and he insisted they had “no real lemon” and “only crushed strawberry.” I explained that the drink is literally made with lemon and strawberry, and that I didn’t want any lemonade syrup, just the regular Real Fruit Slush ingredients. Instead of listening or trying to understand, he abruptly ended my order. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. If a customer asks a simple question about a menu item you clearly have, the last thing they should get is attitude. This experience was rude, frustrating, and honestly enough to make me not want to return. They need better training and definitely better customer service.
