Went for a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes just for them to figure out to fix them. Cancelled and reordered after they fixed them only for them to forget over HALF of our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was waiting for an order for 15 minutes. They didnt let me know it was ready until there was a large crowd in the lobby of irritated guests that were waiting for their order. Turns out, it was just sitting there, but nobody mentioned anything. Just staring at me and then going back to what they were doing.

okay so I waited an hour and a half for my food just for it to be cold and undercooked!!! Mad is an understatement!! The workers tried making up for it by giving us burnt pies. I’m sorry but do better.

Charged when I didn’t make an order! Came to McDonald’s to get a hash brown and didn’t know they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I had already given them my code through the app for points. My debit card is linked to my account. I left and then saw I got charged $22.15 for an order I didn’t make. I come back to the store and the manager tells me it’s a pending charge and they don’t have an order from someone with that amount which is a lie because it’s on my McDonald’s account plus it charged my bank account. She says the pending charge would fall off which is not how that works. It will indeed go through because they charged my card for someone else’s order! Careless employees who don’t void out an order before letting someone place one. I got no apologies. Just them telling me that I basically don’t know what I’m talking about.
