    Service is always ok but man, how hard is it to make a Caramel iced coffee?? Every time I order one here it tastes like crap. Never again....

    Placed a mobile order for my coworker and I and it was all wrong. Ordered 2 m&m mcflurries and they gave us Oreo. Forgot all condiments and the drinks for the meals. :( when we got to the restaurant to pick it up, after the app told me it was ready, they still hadn’t started working on it until confirming twice what we had and then still gave it to us wrong.

    Worst one in Abilene! Made a curbside order and waited close to 20 minutes to get my food, but yet at least 15+ cars went through the drive thru! They do not care about service at all!

    Staff was very friendly at the drive-through just a bit ago. I got a sausage cheese biscuit. Turned out great. 3 coffees as well. Medium roast and smooth with durable coffee cups & lids! My go to coffee for sure outside making it at home.

    This place is a complete crap show. Every time I've encountered this location there is a problem whether its door dash or me coming on my own. I've even had my order pushed back so that one of their employees could order their meal before their shift. What a joke. McDonald's should fire every person in this store starting with the GM. Honest to God truth the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered in the United States of America.
