  They did a really good job. They were quick and did not mess up a single item on our order. I always check the food because McDonald's always messes up but they did a good job

  We visit this McDonald’s fairly often, and the food is consistently good. Orders are usually accurate, and everything tastes fresh. The main challenge has been the wait times, which tend to be longer than expected, even when it doesn’t seem especially busy. The other consistent issue has been the customer service. There isn’t much warmth or hospitality, and interactions often feel rushed or disengaged. It’s been this way over multiple visits across several years, which makes it seem more like a management or culture issue than just an off day. The food keeps us coming back, but improved friendliness and efficiency would make a big difference in the overall experience.

  Went through the drive-thru on the 8th of February at 9 PM. Ordered 2 meals deals. Wasn't given fries at all. Drove around again and was greeted by a female worker angrily screaming through the box that they were closed even though posted hours state the drive thru is open until 1 AM. I will not be returning to this location. Only giving 1 star because it will not allow me to leave less or a poop emoji.

  9/10 the food is fresh and made correctly. But when it comes to getting serviced at the front counter your destined to wait for at least 10 minutes. I've been told by a worker that it's not their job to take the order at the register even though there are things you can't order at the kiosk and have to order at the register. This is also not the only McDonald's that does this. But they are definitely better than south 14 where they will ignore you for 20 minutes and then tell you to order it yourself

  Ordered 40 nuggets and large fry. Will definitely be the last time! They were rubbery and hard to chew.. I think its true what they saying about McDonald's not using real meat or adding junk like that material they use for making bridges/overpasses!! What and why is beyond me! We've got to stop poisoning ourselves and our kids w McDonald's just because its convenient and fast!! The service was ok friendly ppl earning a living. And multi billion company and don't give napkins? Smh! Ridiculous! Terrible food if in fact it is food! Yuck!
