I have shop at this store for a while now, and recently, I have been very disappointed in the store. you can go up and down the isles, and find a lot of out of stock items i’m talking about every day items at a store like market Street should not run out of and another thing is a lot of out of date items I have now gotten to the point where I have to check the dates on everything I buy from y’all. Oh yeah. Other items that has really gone downhill is the produce department. I see a lot of wilted greens. bruised fruit in the bag vegetables are already starting to turn brown and molded. My final gripe is all the carts and pallets that are blocking the isles You cannot even get down because they’re blocked. I am enclosing a picture to show you what I am talking about. Thank you

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy on Buffalo Gap Rd .I couldn't afford that medication that morning so later than say I had my personal pharmacy ask to transfer the prescription only one could not be transferred my so after picking up my meds at my pharmacy my mom went to Market Street pharmacy and they put another medication cause it was already filled and charged my mom for it over 50. Dollars I'm on disability my parents are on a very very tight budget I already purchased my meds at pharmacy so now I have a extra bottle of this med that I won't have any use of ! Guess what Market Street pharmacy on Buffalo Gap Rd. We're already broke and we won't have enough money to finish this month so the pharmacist argued with me about returning it !!!! Why would you do that to us hope your happy but now my two elderly parents and me on disability don't know what we're going to do for food and other stuff to get us through this month I pray that God will help us and I will let him take care of un professional pharmacy and pharmacist that stole our money.

I seriously dislike leaving this review because I’ve shopped at Market Street sine it was Albertsons. Everything in the store has been shuffled. Instead of cooking oils, for example, being together as they used to be, they are separated into “use” or “cultural” areas. When I asked about that I was told that olive oil was moved near Italian food because “It’s Italian”. That should tell you right there that whoever is making these decisions really doesn’t know much about groceries or cooking. If that was justification, then why was Goya foods moved from Mexican to the vegetable aisle? Craisins, which used to be by salad dressings (makes sense) has been moved to the cereal aisle because - wait for it - raisins are there. Why? Because someone thinks raisins belong on cereal. Anybody that knows anything about cooking would put raisins near either baking/spices or produce. At least put their location in the app - or put stuff where it makes sense and leave it. Even Krogers, Safeway and other stores have a guide. Please either get in gear or y’all will be directly responsible for increasing the business at HEB.

As a frequent customer of Market Street, I am drawn to the establishment due to the exclusivity of certain products available there. Consequently, these items tend to command higher prices. This afternoon, I sought to purchase a pound of prosciutto ham. Upon realizing that the vendor intended to provide me with a portion wrapped in nylon, I requested that they open a new package. The previous one had become dry and discolored in one section. While I patiently waited for the replacement, the vendor ultimately sold me the portion I had not desired. This situation appears to be unjustified given the price, disrespectful, and irresponsible behavior exhibited by the employee.
