  We had such a fantastic experience at Jimmy John’s tonight. We walked in about 30 minutes before closing, and instead of feeling rushed or like an inconvenience, we were met with the warmest, most welcoming service. Autumn and Alli were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. You could tell they cared about the customer experience, not just getting through the end of their shift. Their attitudes alone made our night. The food was absolutely incredible as always, but truthfully, it was the service that made this visit stand out and is the reason we will definitely be coming back. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have team members like Autumn and Alli representing them!! if I was a manager, I’d give them a raise ;)

  Sounds odd but as someone who orders lettuce wraps at jj locations everywhere, I had the best wrapped unwich at this location!

  The guy who took my order got it right, but my sandwhich was made wrong once, I took it back and the second one was also made wrong and had ONE SLICE of turkey, and no avocado. Absolutely ridiculous. The girl who made my sandwhich today just had her AirPods on and didn’t care. Ridiculous

  Just drove in from Austin and the road conditions had me on edge and I say the least. Autumn greeted me at the counter and was able to help me make all the decisions that my fried brain couldn’t. Great experience will definitely be back soon.
