- DWdianne west1 day ago1.0I have to get my groceries delivered. I am disabled with no family or vehicle. I have a Walmart+ membership but because of missing items, poor selections, just bad all around experience I stopped buying my bi weekly groceries from them and have been paying the extra to HEB for the great service, the getting all my items or the sub I choose and just an all around pleasant experience. And then you had to go and completely destroy it by changing to the Favor delivery driver now being the shopper even when using HEB online. Missing items, rotten items, wrong items, chosen subs ignored, poor communication, a very bad experience all around. I no longer have a reason to pay HEB at least an extra $7.95 up to $13.95 for the same bad service I can get for free or even just $5 if I'm in a hurry from Walmart.

It felt like coming home when I walked into their store in Abilene. From the sushi bar to the bakery section with all the fresh made tortillas and everything beyond there is nowhere like it. We love you HEB!
