  I don’t usually rate chipotle as they are typically and auto 5 star. After today that will change 3/1/2026 at 3:30 PM. Had a tall buff white dude with black hair making my bowl, he declined my request for extra cheese i would’ve glady have paid extra if needed NEVER HAD THIS issue. I will always be sticking to the south side chipotle from now on as a local.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I went in for a burrito and the only protein options available were chicken and barbacoa. On top of that, there was no shredded cheese, no lettuce, and no sour cream — it felt like half the menu was missing. My burrito ended up looking like it came off a kids’ menu, not something worth paying full price for. To make matters worse, the ice machine wasn’t working properly and kept releasing ice nonstop. There was literally a mountain of ice on the floor, and I almost slipped trying to get my drink. I reported the issue to staff members, but they just walked away and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. The tables in the dining area were also dirty, which just added to the frustration. Between the limited food options, small portions, lack of cleanliness, and a safety hazard that wasn’t addressed, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. Very disappointed.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The employee with long hair preparing the food was not wearing a hair net while making burritos, which is concerning when it comes to food safety and hygiene. I also ordered double protein, and the portion I received was barely even half of a full scoop — it looked more like a quarter of a spoon. If customers are paying extra, the portion should reflect that. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. I tried to get a side of guac, and instead of assisting, one employee told the cashier to “do it herself.” The only person who was kind, professional, and actually doing her job well was the young woman at the register wearing a hijab. She was very sweet, went out of her way to help, and even went to the back to take care of the guac herself. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit. Customer service and food standards seriously need improvement at this location.

  I normally don’t leave reviews unless something bothers me or the service is immaculate I went in for a burrito and asked for a little fajitas the server heard me because she asked me what I said and repeated it, she ended up putting a lot too much for me to be ok with it so she said was that too much I said yes she removed it with her hands and although she was wearing gloves it still took me aback but whatever, the real issue was that she proceeded to put it back in the fajita container instead of tossing it I know that would’ve been a waste but if a vegan or vegetarian wanted fajitas they wouldn’t have known it had already been contaminated smh also my rice wasn’t cooked all the way through I’ve had some experiences with various chipotles but that took the cake
