Tonight we went into Chipotle and had a great experience! The two young men working were very nice and did us right! The young man making the burritos did a great job. My husband only gets meat and shredded cheese. My daughter gets a little rice, chicken, and shredded cheese. Most chipotle locations barely give them any meat and they end up with mostly tortilla. Tonight they had a normal portion of meat and my bowl was done great too! The young man checking us out was super nice too. This was a way better experience than the San Angelo locations! Thanks guys!

Chipotle’s prices have risen, especially with a side of guac. I’ve been to several chipotles and for this to be the only one in town, they are on their customer service/food game. They always get me in/out. The food is usually hot/on point. It’s appetizing. The fruit teas are very satisfying/addictive. The workers are normally respectful, courteous, & ready to serve. I’m impressed because many of them are young teenagers or adults. Please continue to stay on top of keeping food items in stock since you are the only location in this area. Please keep enough food items prepared/ready to serve for walk ins like you do for your mobile pickups/delivery services. I notice chipotle prioritizes the mobile/delivery orders, giving them the VIP treatment. You stay on top of keeping that corner area on the left side of the register well stocked, prepared/well maintained with hot/fresh food menu items for your delivery/mobile orders. Your walk-ins should be treated with the same level of service. Once, I had to wait around for a while, like over 30 minutes or so because you didn’t have any asada prepared for my order and it ended up not being cooked long enough. The asada I got was lukewarm, but yet it was so called heated on the grill. I watched the guy cook it. He obviously did not heat it up long enough. It was semi cold because he obtained it from the freezer/refrigerator. You kept telling me it would be ready in about five minutes, but it wasn’t. The regular steak was ready instead, but I specifically wanted asada & you said you would cook it. It took a while for your employees to realize why I was waiting & had not ordered yet. Your guys were in the back cleaning and closing up, not cooking my asada that I was told would be ready in about five minutes. I waited for about 30 or so minutes & I was one of the few customers in the restaurant placing an order. So you all weren’t busy at all. I came in well enough in advance from closing time. I came in right around 10 pm and you close at 11 pm. You said it would be ready in about 5 minutes, but I waited for about 30 minutes only to get lukewarm asada on my burrito bowl & the worker who prepared my bowl always seems to forget to give me my tortilla rapped in foil on the side. I noticed that this particular server doesn’t place the tortilla on the heater properly or long enough because mine is always bunched up & sort of gooey. Not easy to pull apart when I’m ready to eat it with my food. I appreciate the complimentary drink that I asked for, but I waited for an extended amount of time, no fault of my own. One of your employees seemed bothered that the shift lead gave me a complimentary drink. For as long as I waited to order, when you had little to no other walk-ins, I should have gotten more than the regular serving of asada & free guac. Another customer had to remind the food preparer to give me my warmed tortilla on the side after I had already reminded him. I don’t recall anyone apologizing to me for having me wait all that time for a lukewarm asada burrito bowl with a squished gooey tortilla wrapped in foil on the side. But I do remember your cashier giving me a dirty look because I mentioned how expensive price. He said it was because of the guac & drink. Chipotle is getting more expensive, but the quality of service should meet customer satisfaction expectations. This is an honest review on my experiences here. Hopefully, this gets your attention & you make the necessary changes to enhance customer service satisfaction/experience. Once, I had the honor of getting my food paid for by a random stranger because he stated that I have a good spirit. He did not seem to have an ulterior motive. It was just a pure random act of kindness from a customer in line before me. I was just my plain old self that day. I was not in uniform nor was I working. I believe he was an angel sent to reassure me of doubts about myself specifically due to receiving criticism from others who lack empathy & emotional intelligence. One star is generous. The service is awful and food is not up to par with other chipotles.
