To make matters worse, water was not refilled once, and when a new person sat down at our table, they were not even offered a napkin. This experience was far from what we had in mind for our veteran’s day celebration of our brother. We decided to leave and go to our usual restaurant, IHOP, which is more traditional. This visit was an absolute disaster and felt like a slap in the face, especially since we had only asked about the food and it all arrived within 10 minutes.
