It was a shame for the people to be stuck behind us while their coffee got cold. Once I got it, it was definitely the wrong coffee but we were already pulling out of the lane and the line was too long to try to get a new one. I was supposed to get the cookie butter (really good!) but it tasted nothing like my friend’s. Wish there was a better system to ensure the correct orders (writing on cups at least?).
