I had a truly wonderful experience at Dairy Queen and felt it deserved a five-star review. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere swept me off my feet and the service was handled with great care and professionalism. My buddy and I ordered ice cream cones, and they were perfectly made—fresh, delicious, and exactly what we were hoping for.
I would especially like to recognize Javier, the shift leader, and Jacob, the cashier. Both were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes and dedication to great service made the visit feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. It is clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.

Absolutely phenomenal. Wow. I’m speechless. The cuisine was top tier, comparable to a five star restaurant owned by Gordon Ramsey himself. My cashier was a gentleman named Javier, he spoke with such eloquence and grace that I was astonished by such customer service etiquette. My server named Jacob almost immediately came to deliver my meal, and within seconds I was catered to and provided with all necessities such as napkins and ketchup. These young gentleman deserve to move up in this corporation ASAP.
LESS THAN IMPRESSED...went in for a treat after work, ordered 3 blizzards for myself and my sons, waited and waited..The lady in front of us went and got her money back because she and her family had been waiting for 30 minutes for their food...Since we were right behind her I went to go check on our three ice creams and the girl told the manager that she was working on it and that I would have to wait, she said it with an attitude too... In that time I also observed her and the other girl that were doing ice cream continuously touching their hair and their face and then continuing to make ice cream, and a man had been waiting for his food for 40 minutes...I noticed that they had messed up at least three orders as well in the kitchen from other people, and there were four people after us by about 35 minutes that got their ice cream before we did... When I tried to go get my money back, the girl told me that they could not give me a refund because they had already started making our blizzards...The manager brought us 2 ice cream sandwiches for making us wait, and I raised my concern to her and she was aware of the problem, but by the time we had left, we had been waiting for 3 blizzards for 55 minutes..I hope the manager can turn that place around, because I'm disappointed that I even wasted money going there..and from the reviews I've already read, this seems to be a recurring problem, and unfortunately, those of us who have wasted our time waiting on them to get our orders out, or a correct order or whatnot will sadly not be compensated for the terrible experience...if she would have refunded me my money and give me our order, it would have made it at least a LITTLE better...I don't think they care, but I'm definitely never going back
Check your to-go orders. Pretty simple, salad with no cheese....covered in cheese. Double grilled chicken sandwich....had one grilled chicken patty and one beef patty? What are these people doing?
Now I get all the way to the job site and have food that's not even what I ordered.
Hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in over 10 years, so we decided to give it another shot—and honestly, it was exactly what I expected in a good way.
We ordered the full meal deal and everything came out hot and fresh. The fries reminded me a lot of Wendy’s style, which I actually liked, and the caramel sundae was the standout for me—simple but really good.
Overall, I’d give it about a 6/10. Not something I’d go out of my way for, but definitely a place I’d stop back by every few years when the craving hits.
