  Been to this facility a lot of times due to my family wanting nothing but Chipotle for lunch and dinner. They always get double protein in a bowl, queso, chips and a drink. Same thing everytime!

  Do not order for online pickup. They will charge you for double meat and queso, Then give you a half empty bowl, with less than a single serving of meat and no queso. This has been a repeat issue with both locations in this town. Sadly, im done with Chipotle in this town.

  Always busy it seems. Ordered a burrito bowl, half and half chicken steak. Chicken was alright being that it was just made. The steak was so raw and chewy I couldn't even eat it. And, I'm the kind of person that if I can't eat something I'm chewing in my mouth it completely makes me lose my appetite. The staff couldn't even properly prepare the food, my friend's burrito was so stacked and smothered with sauces while the guy tried and failed to wrap it that they used 3 aluminum sheets just to make it, just for it to fall apart. Horrible, and not worth any money spent. Such a waste of a meal.

  I just ordered my food from this location on their app; and am beyond disappointed. I still haven’t eaten much of this and just want to throw it away. I got a bowl and ordered extra rice but no extra rice was given; it looked like any other normal potion. Since l order from their app l get rewards and since today was “national burrito day” l decided to take advantage of this because it was free delivery. Since l had rewards, l decided to get an extra tortilla on the side. But the tortilla l was given was completely stale…. I right now don’t feel well and this tortilla feels and tastes like it has been out in the open for l don’t know how long , l can hardly take a bite out of it and its hard to chew. I also ordered beans but l might as well have not; l can even count them. I feel extremely disrespected because l didn’t make this reward this system ; So why am l being punished by being given stale tortilla. Why, doesn’t Chipotle especially this location respect their customers anymore especially in these times where it’s hard to earn money and everything is expensive. I pay for my food yet it’s treated and given to me like this. I will not be a paying customer Anymore! This was my first meal of the day and l wasn’t feeling well but it just ruined my would mood. Even chicken is chard and has a burnt taste. This was extremely not worth it…. I just wanted a good meal…

  Took 25 minutes in the pick up line to get my food. Finally get to eat and it isn't even half a bowl. Photo is how the bowl came. Never eating here again...
