  Customer service is always great, as is the food. But this last time I ordered a 12 count nugget and I only received 10. The line was so long and I was on my lunch break so I didn't go back. Its only 2 nuggets, but I ordered and paid for 12. Most people dont count and I usually dont but it didnt look like 12. We rely on integrity. I hope this doesn't happen often.

  Never in my life have I been so frustrated. We were rolling fine in the line until we put our order in. We’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes which is ridiculous. We finally got up to the window and we paid but then we sat for another 10 minutes for them to realize they have no idea who we are. There are just a bunch of kids standing around. They had us move up to the stop sign and give the order once again and when I say attempted to start to bring our food out. They first brought the drinks out and it was was incorrect so they had to take it back. It’s close to an hour now of waiting in the freaking drive thru line watching everyone else get food but us. This is honestly the longest ever I have been in a drive thru

  Order was 9.80. Used qr code for free sandwich from servant. First they took of sandwich from combo order, and chargedme$5.29. Told him I was wanting the extra sandwich, so I was charged $5.46. So went from $9.80 to paying $10.75... when I told girl that brought my order, she acted like it happens often 😡😡

  listen, my family loves cfa. we go all the time. but a lot of the morning staff is just weird. and when we had a newborn baby, we went through the drive thru and the man before handing us our food sneezed into his elbow, then wiped his nose with his bare hand, then switched hands and wiped his nose again with the other hand. my husband was too nice to say anything. we all were sick 2 days after, including our newborn which turned into a hospital stay for her. that was the only time we’d left the house for weeks so i wouldn’t doubt he got us sick. gross.

  I don't understand why some people do customer service and give attitude like you put them there. You are working with people. The nasty attitude is unnecessary. The guy Jackson who took my payment and let the receipt fall in the car like he didn't want to hand it to me and then walked against my car with his radio. I had to wait on my food and notice about 5 cars get there food before me. Then I finally get my food that I notice had been sitting on the counter. I parked to check everything before leaving. A meal was missing so I get back in line. It's annoying to wait long just for attitude and the wrong order. The focus is off it's more attitude being giving instead of attention to orders. I will not go back to this location. Overall the food was good of course.
