For context of the review, I went alone for dinner, and base my thoughts on value for money / how well are ingredients, environment and staff utilized to create an experience for the costumer.
3 courses, 1 glass of wine and 1 beer came out to 7240 Tl.

Atmosphere:
To start things of, I can with certainty say that the restaurant is very nicely set up, giving enough space between tables to create a calming and private experience.
Furthermore the quality of utensils, glasses, plates, and the furniture was of a good standard.

Service:
Service was polite and professional, however, at some points was a little slow, especially considering how few guests were there at the time. Slightly varying on the waiters, they were fairly proficient at english, and very accomodating.
My main takeaway of the service is that it is overall good and with no severe blemishes; however, for the price of the meal and the location being the four seasons, I would expect slightly faster and warming service.

Food:
Accross the board, presentation was good, and will therefore not be mentioned for each course.
A complimentary basket of bread with honey and lemon infused butter is given to start, the bread was not special, but it was OK. The butter was good, but lacked some salt, and I would also add that there was far to little butter compared to bread. 6/10
For my first dish, I had the cured beef, the tastes were great but not mindblowing, I would personally salt the bread slightly and fry it in butter as this would beautifully round off the dish. 7/10
My main course was the Duck «Tirit», the duck was nice and tender, and visually reminiscent of pulled pork / lamb. The phyllo dough added great texture to the otherwise onedimensional meal. My opinion is that the duck stock in particular was underseasoned, leaving a lust for more salt and pepper (which I added). Without extra seasoning I would say that the course was a solid 7/10, but with the added seasoning closer to an 8.5 or 9.
For dessert I had the saffron blossom. Beautiful texture, freshly plated as it had not yet become soggy from its bath of Jersey Milk Syrup. The yoghurt parfait was a nice touch of acidity to the otherwise sweet cake and syrup. My main quarrel was that I would have wished the thyme scented olive oil to shine a little more. 8.5/10.
Lastly, unless you get an entire bottle, the winelist was not to exstensive and mainly, or possibly only covered Turkish wines. None-the less, the Turkish by-the-glass Cabernet Sauvignon was reasonably good, however came at a steep price, somewhere around the 1500 Tl mark.
