  Cok iyi bir sarap menusu var. Manzara mukemmel. Ama yemekler ayni seviyede degil. Genel olarak kullanilan et kalitesi ortalama, ancak deniz urunleri beklentimin cok altindaydi. Ozellikle somon, sashimi akami gibi urunlerde kullanilan urun kalitesi kesinlikle artirilmali.

  ★☆☆☆☆ I’ve visited Zuma in Bodrum, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Bangkok, and they’ve all been amazing. Unfortunately, Zuma Marmaris was the complete opposite. Everything was fine until the manager started shouting at us and told us to leave. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined our experience. Very disappointing how she could do this to us and we telling everyone about it

  This was the worst Zuma experience I’ve ever had. I’ve visited Zuma in Bodrum, Bangkok, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other locations, and they’ve always been excellent. Unfortunately, Marmaris was completely different. Everything was fine until the end, when the manager started shouting at us and told us we had to leave. The way we were treated felt disrespectful and very unprofessional. It left us feeling unwelcome and completely ruined what had been a pleasant meal. I expected much better service from a restaurant with Zuma’s reputation. I hope management looks into this because no guest should be treated this way and btw it’s not about the looks okay i can buy her any minute

  Die Preise in der Türkei sind aktuell ein großes Problem. Davon abgesehen waren wir mit dem Restaurant insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Am Anfang hatten wir einen kleinen Zwischenfall. Ein unerfahrener Kellner hat versehentlich das Glas meines Sohnes zerbrochen. Die Managerin hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und sich sehr aufmerksam gezeigt. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns zum Schluss eine Obst- und Dessertplatte serviert. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich Arif aussprechen. Durch seine freundliche und aufmerksame Art haben wir uns im Restaurant jederzeit sehr wohlgefühlt.

  Müdürleri tugba diye bir bayandı sanırım çalışanlarla konuşma üslubunu değiştirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum yoğunluk anında panik ve stres yönetimini öğrenmeli bunun dışında çok keyif aldık yemekler ve manzara harikaydı.
