  Amazing experience at Zuma the meat was so juicy and tender and the corn was so buttery and juicy I recommend this place it is not cheap at all the meat was 2000lira but if you have the money I recommend this the restaurant vibe is very nice it is kid friendly and adult friendly and you do need reservations but if it’s not busy sometimes you can be let in I didn’t get a reservation

  We went to Istanbul just for Zuma! It is the closest location to us, so after the Miami and Rome locations, we really wanted to try Zuma Istanbul and I can say, it did not disappoint either! I love the location surrounded by luxury brands and a shopping mall- perfect for a lunch spot. The interior design gives the restaurant a private yet elevated atmosphere. We indulged ourselves for starters in the salmon and tuna tartare with seaweed rice crackers, fatty tuna aburi with wafu sauce and caviar, beef tataki with truffle ponzu, the 9 piece tokusen nigiri sushi, sliced yellowtail, green chilli relish, ponzu and pickled garlic. For the main, we had the chilli miso marinated beef ribs which was chef’s kiss. We tried for a snack the grilled soybeans with truffle ponzu, which was made in an interesting way- the truffle paired with the edamame was a surprisingly great combination. I have never seen it before. We did not have time for dessert this time, but hope to try another Zuma location soon!

  The food, service and entire team were outstanding. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and perfect for enjoying a great meal. Every dish was delicious and prepared to a high standard. A special thank you to Ahmed Usman, who took excellent care of us and made the experience even more enjoyable with his professionalism and hospitality. What impresses me most is the consistency they maintain the same high level of quality, service, and attention to detail wherever I visit. From the amazing food to the exceptional staff and inviting atmosphere, this place continues to exceed expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

  Başka Seviye Bir Deneyim! From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptionally well organized. One thing we really appreciated was the face control — selective enough to maintain a pleasant, elegant atmosphere and a quality crowd, but never rude or uncomfortable. It created a very enjoyable environment throughout the evening. The aesthetics of the place are simply stunning. Every detail feels intentional and beautifully designed. Service was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, friendly and took time to explain everything. They all spoke excellent English, which honestly made a huge difference for us since we struggled with communication in several places in Istanbul. We chose the tasting menu and it exceeded expectations. Every dish was genuinely better than the previous one — beautifully presented, delicious and surprisingly generous in quantity. By the end we honestly couldn’t eat another bite. And then the atmosphere changed completely in the best way: when the fire lit up in front of the DJ and the party started, the whole energy of the night went to another level. An amazing place and absolutely worth visiting at least once if you are in Istanbul.
