  we hebben gebeld zij gaven aan dat we zonder reservering kunnen komen. Bij de deur door de bewaker is er gezegd dat we wel moesten reserveren en dat hij kiest. Nooit meer zuma voor mij

  Zuma Istanbul was such a lovely experience. The restaurant has a calm and elegant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient. The food was absolutely excellent — Zuma really needs no introduction when it comes to quality. Everything we tried was delicious. The service was also excellent and very fast, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. What made the experience even more special was the weather. It was raining heavily outside, while the restaurant itself was so calm and cozy, which made the whole vibe even better. A beautiful dining experience and definitely a place I would happily visit again. ——— Zuma İstanbul’da çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Restoranın atmosferi sakin, şık ve çok keyifliydi. Konumu da oldukça uygun. Yemekler gerçekten mükemmeldi — Zuma’nın kalitesi zaten kendini kanıtlamış durumda. Denediğimiz her şey çok lezzetliydi. Hizmet de çok başarılı ve hızlıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Deneyimi daha da özel yapan şey ise dışarıdaki yoğun yağmurdu. Dışarıda şiddetli yağmur yağarken restoranın sakin ve huzurlu atmosferi bütün ambiyansı daha da güzelleştirdi. Çok keyifli bir akşamdı ve kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

  Amazing Food, Service & Atmosphere One of the best overall dining experiences I had in Istanbul. The food was absolutely amazing, the hot sake was perfect, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone on the staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being overbearing. The location and atmosphere are also spot on. Definitely worth visiting — I’d happily come back next time I’m in Istanbul. 🍣🍶✨

  The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was extremely poor and not welcoming at all. When we arrived, there appeared to be an issue with our reservation. The bald man standing at the entrance was very rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. He was not open to listening to our side of the story and did not really want to speak to us. When we asked to speak to the hostess, he made it very difficult and did not seem willing to call anyone. Eventually, he did get someone. While we were waiting, we asked if we could sit inside on the bench for a moment. He refused to let us sit down and wait inside. At that point, we honestly no longer felt like spending our money there. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and completely lacking in hospitality. When the hostess eventually came, she was able to find our reservation and we were able to take our seats. The food itself was delicious, but the atmosphere had already been ruined from the moment we walked through the door. At that point, we simply wanted to eat and leave. To make matters worse, when we received the bill, we noticed several items that we had not ordered. Since we were a large group and had ordered quite a lot, with some people having drinks throughout the evening, we got the strong impression that they assumed we would simply pay the bill without checking it carefully. Overall, the food was good, but the service and the way we were treated both upon arrival and when paying were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this had a significant negative impact on our overall experience. For us, there will be no more Zuma Istanbul. We have previously visited Zuma in London and Dubai and had very different experiences there. Unfortunately, the Istanbul location did not meet the level of hospitality and service we have come to expect from the Zuma brand.
