  Roka at Galataport Istanbul delivered one of the best dining experiences I have had. The combination of the spectacular Bosphorus view, outstanding food, excellent service, and beautiful atmosphere makes this place truly special. From the moment I arrived, everything felt professional and well organized. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing a great experience. Service was smooth throughout the meal, and every interaction reflected a high level of hospitality. The food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and prepared with great care. The ingredients tasted fresh and of the highest quality, and each plate showed remarkable attention to detail. It is rare to find a restaurant where every dish leaves such a strong impression, but Roka consistently delivered. One of the things that stood out the most was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless. The dining area, tables, and surroundings were maintained to an extremely high standard, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The ambiance is simply outstanding. The stunning waterfront setting, stylish design, and relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere create the perfect place to enjoy a meal. Whether you are visiting with friends, family, or business guests, the environment feels welcoming and memorable. What impressed me most was how all the elements came together so seamlessly. Great food alone is not enough, and neither is a great view. At Roka, the food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and location complement each other perfectly. This is a restaurant that understands hospitality at the highest level. It sets a benchmark for dining in Istanbul and provides an experience that is difficult to forget. I highly recommend Roka to anyone looking for exceptional food and a world-class dining experience.

  Kaliteli ve nezih bir mekan, görevliler sıcak kanlı ve yardımcı. Daha önce bir tanesi japon şef olmak üzere 4-5 kere suşi denemişliğim oldu ve bana göre olmadığına kanaat getirmiştim. Son kez deneyip suşi defterini kapatayım diye düşündüm ama hiç de öyle olmadı. Muhtemelen daha önce bu kadar tazesini yememişiz. Çok başarılı buldum. Benim gibi japon mutfağı hakkında tecrübesi olmayan veya ön yargılı olanlar ilk olarak Roka'dan başlayabilir. Garsonlardan yardım istemekten de çekinmeyin, çok anlayışlılar.

  Kapıdan ilk girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız ana kadar herkes çok ilgiliydi. Resepsiyon güler yüzle bizi karşıladı ve yemek esnasında garsonundan müdürüne kadar herkes güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Serviste kusur etmediler. Yemekler harikaydı. Özellikle ara sıcaklarda beef gyoza ve karides tempura güzel tabaklardan ikisi. Yine ızgara bölümünde dana ilik, rib-eye, yuzu kremalı fırında patates gibi yemekler muazzamdı. Restoranın ambiyansına, manzarasına zaten diyecek söz yok. Tekrar tekrar gelinmek istenecek bi yer.

  Devamlı müşteriden bir daha asla girmeyeceğiz olduk. Berbat bir karşılama, gitgide daha da kötüleşti, Restauranta girdiğinizde size öyle bir bakıyorlar ki, sanki evine izinsiz girmişiz. Doluluk oranı %20 olmasına rağmen hep gelip sipariş verdiğimiz tatlı servisi yapılmaz dediklerinle rastladık. Akşam saati ve masalar dopdolu olsa anlamak mümkün olabilirdi (ki hayır), öğlen boş ve ortama gayet uygun giyinmemize rağmen saçma sapan tepki aldık. Bir daha asla ve artık kimseye tavsiye de etmeyiz.

  We searched through a ton of downtown restaurants to find a place for the evening and picked randomly based on reviews this one. Actually tasty food, chill atmosphere, and service that actually matters. We were looked after the whole evening by Mert and Onur, who were friendly, attentive, and knew exactly when to check in without being pushy. The bar side is a highlight too — Kubi the barman nailed every drink I asked for and seemed to instinctively understand my taste. I also want to thank Hanna, the general manager: she was kind, calm, and clearly professional, which made the whole visit feel well-run. Highly recommend for a special evening out or when you want excellent service with your meal.
