  The food and ordering went smoothly, however the communication was a bit confusing. When we were ordering a Happy meal at the drive thru and picked the orange juice, they told us the juice machine was out-of-order and that we need to pick a different drink. We ended up going with Dr. Pepper. Fast forward, when we went to pick up our food, we ended up getting the OJ drink we originally wanted anyways. Ok? This was a bit confusing, but no serious complaints here. It sounds like a communication issue between the employees end. The Huntr/x Happy meal was dope, and we got everything we wanted in it anyways, so kudos to that. Idk if it's stop by here again, after that interaction but at least we got what we wanted in the end, hence the 3-stars.

  They have no idea what they are doing most the time. Waited 30 minutes for one burger and people around me were complaining as well. Terrible experiences constantly

  If it were possible to give no stars then I would. I have been to this location 3 times and all three times were different hours of the day. The service incredibly slow, waiting over thirty minutes for a McChicken and a large sweet. The manager was aggressive and rude when I asked for a refund.

  We stopped here on a Sunday around 11:30 am. There were 4 adults & 4 children, as 2 separate parties/orders. When we placed our order, we heard another customer make a comment about having waited 30 mins for their food. Tbh, I thought that must have been an exaggeration. It was not. There was ONE young lady working the register AND food line. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, 2 other employees arrived. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and I've we got it, the burgers were COLD!! I understand having to wait due to being shorthanded, but after waiting all that time, why was our food cold?? This was a ZERO out of ten experience!

  We ordered on the app to get it when we get there we waited 45 min to get it when we got there and we had to be somewhere in 15 min and was behind we almost had to get our money back cause everyone who ordered there got their food and ate and left they never had ours on the screen till we said something to them twice I will never order on the app again they say it's faster but it's a lot slower not faster at all
