  Rudest people ever. I am a doordasher and the manager went off on me for simply asking when the order was going to be ready. Note I have waiting 20+ minutes on one order with no greeting, no help, nothing and this ain’t the first time! They treat their delivery drivers so horribly. I dread coming here when I go doordashing. From now on, I am not accepting anything with this restaurant because next time won’t be pretty if I do.

  The Rester-aunt has started becoming more cohesive, helps customers often, communicates with door dashers decently, Foods always hot and ready for pick ups.

  Everytime I come to this McDonald’s before my shift at work I always leave feeling way better than I came. The workers are all extremely sweet and go out of their way to make my day better. Thank y’all for being the highlight of my day whenever I stop by!

  If I begin to write all my complaints it would turn into a novel. I’ve had to call corporate many times, because the managers and employees are rude (some employees and a couple of managers aren’t.) I’ll sum up 3 issues that happened days apart recently. We all know the Grinch meals went fast. I had surgery not too long before that meal came out, and I was on restrictions. My husband went to pick me and my son up a grinch meal. I have him the code he went to the window have my code proceeds to the first window. When my husband gets to the window the guy tells my husband we are out of grinch meals since 6 cars ahead of you 😐. He calls me to explain o said ok well tell them to refund me my money back. The guy said I didn’t process;it will go in 24 hours. I trying explaining to them that it did go through because I was able to make a new order and my number was gone. My husband goes inside to talk to a manager because the guy wants to keep telling my husband my money would go back to my card (I would have no proof with no receipt just a purchase on my credit card.) as he is talking to the manager she tries to say the same thing until he lets me explain to her what I see on my end. (Already received the point, I was able to make a new purchase and the order was on my app as a recent purchase.) I asked her if she could refund me the money so I could pay my card back. She said she needed the original payment. I told her I payed with Apple Pay and I wasn’t able to come up there. She said she could put the money on my husband’s card or have the original payment. I told the manager my husband doesn’t have the original payment card and I paid with Apple Pay on my phone so there was no way I was able to bring my phone to her. I asked if she could refund cash since she was willing to put the refund on my husband’s card that was not the original payment. She said no I can only do original payment or your husbands card y’all need to work it out and let me know. 😡 I was furious. It was my credit card that I wouldn’t get the money back on if she put the payment on my husband’s credit card. Not to mention they would keep the money if we don’t do that. So I got in my car and drove when I wasn’t supposed to so I could get my payment. When I got there I’m waiting for the manager and nobody is helping me. People are arguing and cussing about who was going up Front. Finally someone comes up front I ask for the manager, and I tell her and show her where I ordered 2 grinch meals. Right after refunding the money the boy who my husband dealt with in drive thru comes up and said we found 2 grinch meals if you want us to make them for you 😑. I said no thank you. They tried pressing me to get them so I politely said, “no thank you I don’t want to take a chance of our food being spat into, but I’ll gladly take the socks.” 2 days later my refund processes I realize I was not refunded for both meals only one. So I had to go to McDonald’s and get my refund on the other meal. I also complained, but it didn’t seem to do any good even though they said they would take care of it, because 2 days later we stop in after church to get lunch in the drive thru. With my meal I order 2 holiday pies. (There is a difference in prices when you order different pies certain ways keep that in mind.) we didn’t get a receipt, when we receive our food we didn’t receive a drink so my husband takes care of that while I check the bag. Our pies were at the bottom of the bag. I pull them out and notice one is a holiday pie and the other is an apple pie. I tell the girl at the window and she says oh yeah I forgot to tell you we ran out and it will take 13 minutes to make… ok we will wait. The girl says again it will take 13 minutes. I said to he that’s fine we wanted holiday pies so we will wait. She told us to pull around and someone would bring the pies out. We sat there ate our lunch and waited. About 30 minutes later still no pies. My husband goes in, they hadn’t made them so we had to wait another 20 mins. (Same manager as the night before was working too.)

  I've eaten at a lot of different McDonald's and this one gave me the best double cheeseburger I ever had! Makes me wish I would've gotten another one.
