  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Quarter pounder was decent, fries were soggy and non-salty. Lady at the register was rude and not friendly at all. I'll go hungry before stopping here again!

  This has happened all to many times at this restaurant. I place my order wait and when I receive it something is wrong. Then when I try to get it resolved with a manager they cop an attitude and try to flip it on me as it was my fault. I recently had an experience where I ordered my regular order a big Mac extra sauce and small fries to go. Well when my order arrived after the wait I opened it to check and had no fries. Then I checked my burger and was amazed to find they took the middle bun out laid it on top and crushed the rest together. I immediately took it to the so called manager. His explanation was well the big Mac get three buns. Disgusted I said just give me my fries. The kid who was there said he would but they are presently to hot and I might burn myself. So a ten minute order wound up being a twenty two minute stay. Then I got around to calling a couple days later to complain. The manager I spoke to didn't seem to care about my situation at all and said out of the blue if I was angry she didn't have to listen to me. The reason I'm posting this is if this was the first time I would let it go. But over the years it's happened so many times to me. Someone needs to be made aware of this stores service maybe by reading this or my call to corporate will set some guidelines for them. But I'm done with this restaurant for good this time ..
