  People at the window are always so rude. I ordered online and both times now order has been wrong. Like I get it’s fast food but dang. I go here because my kids love it but I may jsut go out of my way to go to another one. This one is always bad

  THE LADY AND GUYS ARE VERY RUDE THEY REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER AFTER I TOLD THEM I DRIVE A 18 WHEELER I GUESS WHEN I SEEN THEM SITTING AND LAUGHING THAT THEY WERE BEING LAZY THIS SHIFT WAS DEFINITELY LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAY NEED TO TAKE A RECOURSE FOR A BETTER SATISFACTION RATE

  I don't usually leave reviews, but after 3 or 4x visiting the same place with the same outcome, I caved. This is absolutely obscene. I've ordered through the app multiple times. At this same location, and there have been 2x particularly I have reached out on the app to support in regards to getting a refund, and not ONCE have I heard a word back. I don't know what they're doing but every single time we've ordered from them the last few times, the grease was nearly pouring out of the wrappers. Food not made correctly, or food just slung everywhere. This is terrible! People are paying for this, do better.

  Now this location used to be spot on, never got my order wrong and was always great tasting when they first opened. However, my experience tonight was less than favorable. Listen when someone says no sour cream, how difficult is it to not put something on? Considering I am a GM at a local fast food establishment, I know mistakes are made from time to time, tho they dont happen at my store, this is plain unacceptable.
