    Ordered a foot long chili cheese coney and got a Cheese Hotdog on 2 hot dog buns and no chili. Tried to call them and of course they don't answer their phone.

    Placed an online order. Go to pick it up and they don’t have the items. Any of them. Fun fact, they WILL NOT refund you. You have to call a 1800 number and they “may” refund you in in up to a week. So they can take your money instantly, but cannot refund it. Sounds like a thief to me.
