If i could leave 0 stars i would. 9 out 10 experiences here our orders are wrong. can’t get the correct food, condiments, straws napkins. They’re rude people as well. worst mcdonald’s in east tennessee hands down. take your money to the subway or taco bell

A little context for this review: McDonald's has a policy that the fries can be taken out of the fryer early if the store is really busy in order to save time. This policy has unofficially turned into "the fries must always be pulled early" because time is money and McDonald's will always sacrifice quality whenever they can in order to make more money.
Now, the actual review: I ordered a big mac and a large fries. I requested to have the fries cooked well done to counter their tendency to pull them early. When I got my order, not only were my fries not well done, but they were also not fresh - which tells me they just gave me fries that were already prepared. I told them I asked for my fries well done and they said it will be 30 seconds (because they were about to pull a basket out of the fryer already). When I got them, these fries were still very pale, not golden like they should be, and were very clearly pulled early (See photo of very pale looking fries). At this point I didn't feel like arguing with a brick wall so I left. I wasn't really planning on leaving a review, but when I got back to my truck to eat my meal, I discovered the big mac was almost literally thrown together. The Mac sauce was all in one spot right at the edge of the bun and running off and there was a pickle slice just sitting next to the burger. This location needs to learn not to rush so much. Especially when they weren't even busy at all when I was there.

This is absolutely the slowest and worst fast food place I’ve ever seen. I hardly ever stop there anyways and today was a new low. I pulled in the drive thru cause there was only 1 car in line and I figured it wouldn’t be too long. It took 13 minutes for that car to get from the speaker to leaving the window with nobody else in front of it and then I sat at the speaker for six minutes and nobody took my order even after that car in front of me had pulled off and left. I only know how long it took because I called my wife when I got in line to see if there was anything she wanted and I was on the phone with her the entire time And after spending a total of 18 minutes in line, I left. What an absolute joke and if you can’t do better than this, you should just shut the damn place down.

Just stopped to grab a quick bite to eat. Went inside was ignored for 2-3 minutes. Started saying hello. When an employee came. He said it shuts down for 1 hour. To switch from lunch to breakfast. I said I worked fastfood for years, that's ridiculous. He said," I can only do, what I can do". I've been frequenting this McDonald's, since 2015. It's never been this way.

Ordered a BACON quarter pounder with option to add lettuce and tomatoes (it literally says 3 tomatoes) and received a regular quarter pounder with no BACON, no tomato, a sprig of lettuce and about 10 pickles. It's on the box it comes in with the ingredient list. Is it that hard to read and comprehend simple instructions?
So I was up charged for the add ones I didn't even receive and didn't even get the standard bacon. If I want a regular quarter pounder with extra pickles I would ask for that. This place is just stealing extra money by "add on ingredients " from actual hard working people
