They have to be trying to mess up at this point. Completely unacceptable! Ordered a double cheeseburger, meat and cheese only, they took an old double cheeseburger and wiped the stuff off of the bun and used it to make my burger. What is wrong with yall???

- DVDebbie VaughtFeb 11, 20263.0Why can't the employees just fill the drink cups with ice as they are supposed to? Could not even get the straw into the cup because it was totally filled with ice. The cups even show how much ice should be in the cup. I paid for soda, not ice. This is theft of product. They laughed after I had to go ask for napkins to clean off the lid of the cup because it shot straight up when trying to get the straw in. So I got even less soda as it was now fully covering the lid and dribbled down the side of the cup. The lead and manager where right there. About 6 employees total as I explained the problem. Is that the leadership you are striving for?
