  Had a very poor and unprofessional experience in the drive thru. Not only did they fail to add my drink to the order, when asked to pull forward, I waited for several minutes and when the kid finally he came out he hit me with the “hey boss when they say pull forward it’s to the yellow line” I said yeah alright dawg y’all can keep the Dr. Pepper (which he didn’t have with him). Be better.

  This McDonald's has a children's play pen. There is cushion protection everywhere that helps prevent injuries. The kids have a good time there.

  I ordered my food on March 9th a little after 10p.m. they left the extra piece of cheese that I had paid for off of my fish sandwich. The entire meal was cold. And the absolute worst part of it all was the employees acting like they were in a club playing rap music up so loud they couldn't hear me yelling and repeating my order several times, as well as I had to drive up to the first window just to ask her repeaded questions (because the music was so loud) about ice cream that they couldn't serve me cuz it was 10:00. She had even put her hand up to her ear just to show me she couldn't hear what I was saying. I had even recorded a video just to show how loud the music was. After I had realized that my meal was wrong and cold I had went back around to have it fixed and I was told I couldn't have it fixed because they had turned everything off already but they could give me a refund on my card which would take several days to be paid back to my account. EVERYTHING I HAD EXPERIENCED AT MCDONALD'S IN WHITE HOUSE TN WAS COMPLETELY DISREGARDED, DISRESPECTFUL, ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! If anyone knows how to post the video to the reviews please let me know

  Stopped for a mocha frappe and this was the best ever!! Don’t know what they did differently but it was perfect!!

  I go to McDonald's once per year to get the filet o fish during lent. It's so bad it's good. I got my order, fish. Cold hard fries, great coffee sugar drink. I gave my dog a chunk of the fish! He spit it out smelled it turned his back and laid down. We were on a road trip at the time. Made me realize I need to re-evaluate my traditions!!
