  The bathrooms were absolutely grotesque. In the men’s and women’s bathrooms there was poop all over the toilets. I didn’t even want to eat here seeing how disgusting the bathrooms were

  It's wendy's, you already know what you're going to get when you go here. You know what the food's going to be like. So if you have any complaints, it's most likely your own fault. That being said everything was fresh, everyone was friendly, my order was correct, I got exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted

  First off we love the drive thru team at Wendys in Whitehouse, TN. They are always on point with postive attitudes and a touch of humor. Took my daughter through the drive thru and ordered a couple of iced coffees. We waited 15 mins and the young man came to the window apologizing that the creamer he needed was not up to par. He decided to open the 20+ individual creamers to complete order. He could have easily canceled my order or asked if I wanted a different flavor. Instead he went out of his way to complete the order. Always a great experience.

  Not the most friendly staff, a rude younger gentleman using vulgar language towards other staff members made the customer environment uncomfortable. Older female manager I presume very unfriendly and rude. Could've been better, 😕
