Today is January 26 2026 we came in around 9-10am
We have had the worst winter I’ve ever had as a local in a very long time.
Dunkin’ had one employee running a drive through, front counter, and making all the drinks and food.
No, not every order was correct or on time but, I’d love to see all of those upset pull that off.
Sir, You did an amazing job and I hope you get a raise or amazing Kharma comes your way.

Just when to the store, two girls were working. I stood there in front of the cash register, for 7 to 10 minutes before the.staff even noticed me or said anything to me. Just really poor customer service.

Food is most of the time always great. Coffee is a 50/50 percent chance of being good. And it's safer to get something on the menu than it is to order your own latte. Most of the time if it isn't good I don't go back in to get it remade but I did this time. I was nice, I hate having to go back and say I didn't like something but I wasn't going to drink it... The employee made me pay for another coffee when switching it to get a different coffee. Wasn't too happy about wasting my money on a coffee I didn't drink and gave back to them to throw away and having to pay a second time to get a replacement coffee. Other than that the second drink that was made was good. Just feel like they didn't take me seriously or care and took advantage of me by making me pay for a replacement drink.

When you have a employee with purple hair that the customer will see first once they come into the building. That employee with purple hair should be the employee that smiles the most. And is very energetic and upbeat when she welcomes consumers into the store. I went into the store and the weird haired cashier obviously was having a bad day did

I walked in made eye contact with employees six different times was still not spoken to. Was picking up a door dash and was planning on buying a coffee for myself. When my existence was finally acknowledged by a young robust mean teen. I was trying to explain that I had a doordash to pick up and that I wanted to order a coffee for myself, I could barely get out that I had a doordash before he rudely interrupted me pointed to the table and said it'll be there when it's done. Then promptly turned his back towards me and walked away. So since I wasn't allowed to order I just stood and waited for the doordash and then was mean mugged by two women standing with the coffees. I had to end up pausing doordash after I delivered the order just to go back and order me some coffee. The only person there that was nice had personality and seem to actually want to work was the lady who was working the window when I went back. Whoever is in charge definitely needs to work with their team on hospitality because it is completely lacking from 99% of your workforce.
