  I walked in and sat down with my friends before we ordered. Immediately, the staff went to the back to eat and didn’t come back to the front. It was completely disrespectful and I’m completely dumbfounded. They didn’t show up to the counter when I called for someone and just hid the whole time I was there.

  What happened to the bread?? I've eaten subs from here so many times over the years that I've become a regular. So I know the size of the bread and how filling they are. I came here yesterday and picked up my online order, and when I got home I discovered the bread is at least 50 percent smaller than it usually is. It looked like a little kid's sub! It was puny and couldn't barely fit any toppings on it even though I asked for extra meat. Of course it still cost the same, so I feel I got robbed. It didn't even taste good. It was the worst sub I've ever had. So I guess this is what is becoming of Subway, minimizing the bread to maximize the profits. It's sad to say that I will never eat at Subway again.

  I really wish the sandwich maker would pay attention to the notes on an order. We quit coming to this one and will drive to Lafayette before coming back.. I hate driving that far but I also would like my sandwiches to be made correctly and every single time I give you guys a try you continue to make it wrong when we order through the app.
