  I'm pretty sure the oldest person working there was about 15. The guy in the drive through window who took my money never said a work to me or made eye contact. My burger was around 80% sauce, 10% meat and 10% bread. It was nasty and had an off flavor. All the fries were dumped in the bag with one container being completely upside down . My wife's chicken sandwich was stale and inedible. I absolutely feel as if I wasted $22. I cant imagine what management is doing but it isn't working.

  I recently had the… pleasure… of dining at McDonald’s - 441 Sutter St and I must say, I was deeply disappointed by what was marketed as a “quick bite.” Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover there was no valet service. I had to park my own vehicle like some kind of commoner. Inside, I searched for the maître d’, but instead was told to “order at the counter.” No host stand. No linen tablecloths. Not even a single chandelier. The amuse-bouche? A solitary ketchup packet. I ordered what I assumed would be a deconstructed, artisanally curated Wagyu experience. Imagine my horror when the “hamburger” arrived pre-assembled. Where was the tableside chef? Where was the sommelier to recommend a vintage pairing for my medium Sprite? The fries — while warm — were served in a cardboard vessel rather than hand-carved porcelain. And don’t even get me started on the lack of a live harpist during my meal. The acoustics were tragically dominated by a beeping fryer instead of a string quartet. For a dining establishment of this caliber, I expected at least a 12-course tasting menu and a palate cleanser between bites of McNugget. One star. ⭐ Would only recommend if you enjoy eating food without a dress code, caviar service, or a dessert trolley flambé presentation.

  The food is always fresh and hot. The employees actually pay attention and listen to your order. My daughter has allergies and they always make sure to prepare her food in a safe way. And they ALWAYS make my coffee the right way!! Outstanding employees and service! ♥︎

  My past two orders for Waynesboro TN McDonald's has been dry runs. My order is going thru my app and I have nothing when I get there. Yes it is the correct store. I never got anything again today. Now I have to wait for the money to go back to my card for ever and I don't have any other options. I'm not going to try to eat there ever again.

  Order a large iced caramel macchiato with extra whipped cream and when I got it there was none. So I had my husband go and tell them there was none and they proceeded to act like the ticket he gave wasn’t his.
