Got back to our cabin to enjoy our large mozzarella sticks and was disappointed that there was no cheese. 3/8 were worth eating, if I known that I would have saved my money. Assuming that they were fried to a crisp since the cheese in the bottom of the bag was hard and crunchy. Really disappointed because, all of us were looking forward to them.

So don't believe their response... The operator doesn't care... Has been terrible and not getting better. Corporate doesn't care... Cause they allow it. Their social media team pretends to care. Their slushes have been melted more than one trip. They let me order stuff they don't have and didn't refund the difference. I contacted corporate and they did nothing.
