    This McDonald's was a breath of fresh air! Friendly employees and IT WAS THE FRESHEST BURGER AND FRIES I HAVE GOTTEN FROM ANY MCDONALD'S IN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS!! So pat yourselves on the back for a job well done!

    This McDonald's is one of the few with great service. Their employees are friendly and it's always clean inside. They know how to operate 2 drive thrus, so even with long lines it goes quickly. Kudos to those employees for doing a great job, keep it up!!

    I have hit this area at least 3 or more time to travel to the smokies from where I'm located. So we like it. Always good always clean

    I understand that McDonald’s is a fast food chain however, when you spend $30 on a meal for two You would hope that the french fries weren’t soggy and cold And you could get the right chicken sandwich. Then, even after having them re-cook the fries and the chicken sandwich as the chicken sandwich you could tell had been deep-fried probably a dozen times prior to being served.. I watched them redrop old fries When I went in to talk to the manager, you would’ve swore I had a third eye bulging out of my forehead I understand McDonald’s is an entry-level job, but the owners of this location really need to speak to their employees. I can say by far that is the worst experience I’ve actually had at a McDonald’s
