Still, the person taking orders asked if I would be using the app. I said no and tried to order. That is when they told me to hold on. After a few minutes of holding on, I drove on around and left. One of the employees was hanging out of the window talking to someone in a car across the parking lot. I guess that is why they didn't have time to serve me.

And management apparently has the same dude based on how I was spoken to on the phone. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Stop taking it out on the customers. Union city is the worst customer service I've experienced from a McDonald's.

When I expressed to the girl my concerns she takes the cup, doesn’t give me any more Dr Pepper but puts maybe 4 ice cubes in it DOES NOT PUT THE LID BACK ON THE CUP, then hands me back the cup so forcefully Dr Pepper goes all over my clothes and my car, then slams the window! When I go to check my bag, my food was WRONG and I was missing sauces… by that time I was sooo mad, I just drove off. I knew that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and especially not after I called 6 times and got the same busy signal every time, I’m sure they took it off the hook so they wouldn’t have to deal with people after a certain time... They may as well just close the doors if they’re gonna have violent crew members, give out wrong orders, take the phone off the hook and closing the doors early!
