Placed an order by 10:58 for breakfast. Sat at the playground with my kids, in which was cold because the heat was not properly working. Worker came by after 11:10 to tell us that they were no longer fulfilling breakfast orders because it was after 11am. Was extremely rude and said we could get a refund or order lunch. I don’t see why they didn’t fulfill my order request if placed before 11am. Makes sense why they didn’t want to get everyone at the counter, they started taking orders after 11am to the people that was waiting. And told them they couldn’t do breakfast orders, but they had been waiting since before 10:50 for someone to take their orders. Both playground and regular bathrooms were extremely nasty.
