    I Love Arby's and this one they are always on point and friendly. Never had a bad meal here

    Order the so called loaded Italian beef and fries and he asked us if we wanted to up it to the large, we said yes. The sandwich hardly anything on it, nothing like the picture, and we got a very small order of fries. But the kicker is the guy gave us our food and drinks and we had to ask for our debit card back, he had it in his other hand and looked at us and said oh yeah with a big smile. He was fixing to keep our debit card. Make your sandwich look like the picture your showing and if I up it to large give me large fries at least. And last but not least give me back my debit card and receipt without having to ask 😞
