    Always forget to add what I tell them to add always give me wrong items or missing items. Charge me for items that I don’t get that I never asked for and then do not apologize. They are very rude. It’ll be OK if it was once or twice, but this is going on over 10 times.

    So it's about 12:30am on a late Sunday night early Monday morning. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with nacho fries inside. I get told "we can put the fries on the side for you" um, no thank you, I would like them inside please. Then some guy comes on the headset (the manager I'm assuming) and says the thing about putting the fries inside the quesadilla is that it basically makes it harder to clean the grill. He didn't say that specifically but that's what he essentially told me. I'm sure there are other solutions like putting the wax paper or parchment paper down beforehand that I could've suggested, but normally this wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm gonna order the same thing everytime I go. Sorry if makes it more difficult for you to clean the grill, but as I mentioned, there were other solutions.
