  took over an hour to get 2 crunch wraps and 2 nacho fries, 30 year old guy was on his phone playing a game smiling and set my order up there and never called my name and also forgot my two drinks, had to wait for him to get off his phone AGAIN just to get my drinks.

  The lobby was little dirty just a little sweeping, clean tables. We cleaned are table & people around us as well. I did uses the bathroom I just held it. If the lobby look like that the bathrooms might be bad as well. They where really not that busy. But who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️. The food was good hot, fresh.

  My mom, sister, and I stopped tonight Feb 5, 2026 about 9:30 pm. We ordered 2 Chalupa meals and my sister got 3 bean burritos. First they got our order wrong. We got 2 Chalupas and 4 tacos. They did fix it. However, the Chalupa bread was like it was left from yesterday. They were hard on top and cold. They put very little in them. They looked more like a taco. Everything was cold. The crew was too busy leaning on the counter and talking to use fresh Chalupa bread and fill them.

  I placed an online order at the wrong location was told I needed to order a second meal and pay separately and I need to call the wrong store for what to do. I understand it can be difficult a frustrating when people do this. This was my first time ever ordering at the wrong location and was met with extreme rudeness from whom i’m assuming is the manager or shift leader. I had no problem paying for my food again (for some reason same order was $5 more expensive?) but kept getting treated like a Karen even though I was polite. I could not understand what she was saying over the speaker and I asked her to repeat what she said and that’s when she said to just call the other store to get my refund. I called the other location my order was sent to on accident and was told all I needed to do was go through the app. I also found random bits of chicken through my burrito that came with zero chicken. And soda machine was down (no problem) ordered a sweet tea and seriously not even ice in my drink? I used to love coming here and was a regular but this place will no longer get my business.
