  Amazing sandwiches and salads .

  My friend and I split a whole Roast beef sandwich, we also purchased 2 bowls of soup, 2 drinks and and a cookie, the total was a bit over $40. Our name was called that our order was ready. I went back up to the front to ask for an extra cup of au jus for dipping, A young lady looked at me like I was not a paying customer and said there was one on your tray. I explained we were sharing the whole sandwich and needed another cup. She said in a not so friendly tone, “I will…this time”. I thought to myself, I just spent $40 and you think you are doing me a favor to give me 1/4 cup au jus? I was not pleased at all. I found out later that she was the Asst GM, somebody needs to teach her customer service. I voiced my complaint to one of the other workers and she apologized profusely and asked if she could get us anything else, Gina cleaned our table for us and could not have been nicer.

  My mom and I got 1/2 sandwich each with chips and it was $28! Something was wrong with this pricing. Food was good, management was good, atmosphere was pleasant but we could’ve went to Red Lobster and had the lunch menu and left full!

  If you have an allergy or you are vegetarian I would not go here to this particular restaurant despite the fact that atmosphere is very fancy it's very nice they are not accommodating to the customers needs because I ordered a salad and told them that I cannot have any bacon because I am allergic two bacon and what do I get bacon bits in my salad despite the fact that I politely ask them please do not put any bacon in my salad or food and all they replied is we cannot reinsure that they may or may not be any bacon so that tells me this restaurant their salads and everything are already pre-made and also that they're not really that accommodate to their customers, this is the second time I've been to this restaurant the other one was up in Nashville and they were more accommodating that and they didn't have an attitude either because when I went over there they were kind of snippy and very smart with me and kind of rushed so I did not even feel welcome

  55 dollars for 2 salads and 2 side chili's (9 dollars a pop) is pure highway robbery food was good but not that good. Better off dining in somewhere at those prices. These chains are sticking it to us.
