This is ridiculous. I came up here to panera to buy my dinner first time ever being in the store-bought my food, it come out to like 15 and some change. Then when I asked do I get any drinks with my order? I got told soups, don't come with drinks, so this is ridiculous really didn't know that the drinks were being sold separately. Wish I would've known that, but I'll make sure that I'll never come back to your store again by the\nWayI really don't even think that I should have been able to give you a star because i don't think you deserved one

Staff was friendly but extremely slow to get our food, waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and salad in the drive through when nobody else in is line.

Cafe # 606030, order # 220542 on Nov 4, at 11:41am. Had 1whole BLT Chx Avc sandwich on sour dough bread. The bread was so dry it would chock you. I was on the road or surely would have returned the sandwich! Take Out order.

I was sorely disappointed with the new Panera Bread in Tullahoma Tennessee. I ordered the pick two and got the free cookie that came with using the app for the first time. My daughter used the same pic two but got different sandwiches. I know they’re only the half sandwich, but the comparison of the barbecue sandwich I got on sourdough compared to the turkey rancher that my daughter got, Was ridiculous. There was barely any chicken on the sandwich, wasn’t even enough to cover the bread slice. It had good taste, but it was thrown together and mashed by all the other items in the bottom of the bag.
I ordered the French onion soup, which had a great taste to it, but it showed it with croutons on the app, which I did not get.
The free cookie was priced at $2.99 and was the size of my palm. No way was that worth three dollars. The Apple was a small, knotty rocket apple that does not have the best of taste and feels like just throwing something in to try to play the customer over the cost of the expensive food.
I felt like for $11 I paid for a cup of soup and half a sandwich should’ve been a little better than what it was.
The service was not any better than the sandwichp. The two girls that were working inside making food were more concerned about their conversation than serving the customers., and obviously not concerned about throwing a sandwich together.
Next time, I think I will just go over to McAllister‘s across the road, or Jimmy John’s down the street, which have never failed to make me happy and was similar pricing.
