It has not only happened once but multiple times in this location today went there for dinner to pick it up. I got told to pull forward that it will be out to me in a couple of Minutes. I was the only one in the drive-through at the time when I got told to pull forward they got almost 7 people food that came in after me before I had to ask where my food was this place has no sense of urgency or even care to apologize. I really wish I could give this a zero star for not only making me wait at the window for 15 minutes But also forgot two of my items.
