  Omg!! Never again. Sunday 16 i was there with my son and his gf. We got seated and for 10min no one came to ur table. I went to difront and ask for my waitress. 5 min later she show up. We put or order in. My appetizer that I order they dinot have one of the items. Witch we told them just put more wings, next my son drink they dinot have it. Then waited 30 min for ur food .but ur appetizer got los. My order was wrong. I was at this point super mad. There manager at in the floor are horrible. They have no clue when one of there tables has so many things go wrong. They have the never to come and ask why is this table so silence. Try to be funny. Just not worth the money. Yes probably a bad day. But if this business are in costumer service they need to have better service. J

  I typically don't post reviews, but after two visits in a row in which I experienced similar problems, I feel as though I've noticed a trend. I ordered food for carry out, and was informed it would be ready at 2:10pm. I arrived at 2:15 to pick up my order. During my previous visit, I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food to be ready, so I arrived a tad later than the listed time just in case. The restaurant wasn't busy, and I was the first person waiting to get my food. After telling the hostess that I was there for a pick-up order, she left to go clean tables without checking the computer or to-go rack. I assumed it just wasn't ready yet, so I continued to wait patiently. After about 10 minutes, she came back to the counter, told her phone to set a timer, grabbed her bag, and left. Nobody else came to check on my order until the manager asked my name roughly 21 minutes later. After a few more minutes, he came out to tell me they were starting my order fresh and that it would be ready in 30 seconds. Another 7 minutes later, he brought out my food and told me there was a "screw up." I tend to be a patient person, especially since I have previously worked in a restaurant before, but this particular location seems to have a trend of bad service among their host staff, who, during both of my recent visits, have walked off or out of the building entirely without checking the status of my order.

  We usually eat lunches with friends. Food and service are great but volume on TV is so very loud (especially on weekends), you can not hear others at the table. Sometimes it's so loud, I think OSHA should monitor for the health of the employees.

  Server didn't want to or couldn't explain 2 for $19.99 special . Didn't have to wait but we were not rying to order fast food.l!!!)?)everything was cold,old or both. Way below standard For a top franchise they can do better, we won't recommend or return

  Average Buffalo Wild Wings, but a bit smaller which is to be expected. Came in to eat at roughly 8:30pm on a Thursday (they close at 11pm) and did not get our food until about 30 mins later. We just ordered boneless wings, nothing crazy. It was very hard for us to get any service or assistance at all throughout our visit. I believe they are short staffed so it isn’t entirely the employees’ fault, but just beware.
