  After a long day of work, my 6 year old son and I stopped in to order some pizzas to take home. I had purchased a "pizza card" from a Peabody High School student, and wasn't sure how to use it, so we didn't call ahead of time. When we walked in, the staff immediately paused their conversation, and greeted us. I explained that I had the pizza card (buy a large pizza at regular price, get a large pizza free). The girl who took my order acknowledged the card and asked what I wanted to order. She then explained that she could offer a better deal based on a special they currently had that would be cheaper. Then as we waited, and older gentlemen who was preparing the dough, took the time to speak to my son, show him so neat tricks, and get to know him. Not sure if he just always friendly, or could tell we were tired, and was trying to make polite conversation, but either way, his efforts were noticed and appreciated! AND, our wait time was less than 10 minutes! Overall, their customer service was 110/10! They all had such positive attitudes, they seemed so happy at their job, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care! Thank you for your kindness and efficiency.

  It has always been great food.... Crazy Pizza Hut next door to them will deliver here, But Dominos will not. We are only 5 miles away, never traffic. 9 min at most. I usually tip 10 to 20 dollars to Pizza Hut driver. My main gripe is I always ask for the drizzle that goes on the hand tossed crust to be lightly drizzled over the whole pizza. Now they tell me they can't do that anymore? This costs only a few cents. I would gladly pay for this option. It is very petty and is often times worth me not getting the pizza at all. This needs to be fixed. My wife won't eat it without this option, so now I have a whole ordered pizza she won't eat. We spend thousands a year at Dominos ... Guessing not so much anymore.. Not Hayden's fault, Otherwise everything is perfect. Just Domino's policy on this needs to be fixed, please.......

  Night Manager argued that I ordered a cheese pizza when I ordered online pizza with bacon ham onion bell peppers mushrooms black olives and banana peppers! He was very RUDEwhen I called the Trenton store and REFUSED to make the order correctly! Corporate needs to investigate this store for sure!!!!!!! I eat here once a week and have never had any issues until tonight and they weren’t even busy so there was NO EXCUSE! Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE this Night Manager DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!! When Ask about bringing the wrong pizza back HE REPLIED I CANT HELP YOU the order I see says cheese pizza! GLAD PIZZA HUT IS OPENING SOON! This night manager is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL !!! SORRY DOMINOS HE COST THE COMPANY MY WEEKLY BUSINESS!!!! I Will NOT go to the TRENTON STORE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE TO ANYONE!!!!

  I just had the best crispy bacon and tomatoe specialty chicken ever! I've been to several other city's and states and ordered this, but never has anyone done such a good job! Thank you, whoever you are!
