Got subs to go. The bread was stale and fell apart while eating them. I guess they used bread from the day before.

I was in line to order food and before I got to order my second sandwich, I was passed up by four other people and their sandwiches were made and paid for before I could get my second order in. My sandwich was not bad but my wife’s was terrible, cold and soggy and damp because hers was made first and sat there on the counter for 15 minutes. I would have paid to take the sandwich home hot but I was not given that opportunity.

We stopped to grab sandwiches and there was a huge line all the way to the door, but Sarah and Dee did an amazing job keeping everything running despite being very understaffed during a huge rush. They were very friendly and the sandwiches were great! Shout out to Sarah and Dee you guys are awesome!

When I walked in yesterday to grab a quick lunch I immediately noticed how warm the restaurant was, it felt like it was about 80 degrees in there. That wasn’t a big deal at the time because I was getting it to go. When I walked up to place the order I immediately noticed that the meat was not covered. Typically Subway restaurants have a clear shelf that drops over the meat to keep things fresh and cold, this one did not appear to have that. The meat was piled up high and there was puddles of water laying around the aluminum container. Usually you can see ice crystals forming around the containers that the meat sits in so there was an apparent issue with the cooler. The cheese was not piled up high like the meat but it was actually sitting in water and you could tell the cheese had melted a bit as well so that cold container was also not working either. When it came time to put the veggies on, everything I saw was brown and none of the coolers appeared visually to be working on that side either. The only one that looked cold was the condiment cooler. I was handed my sandwich and when I opened, I noticed how warm the sandwich was and it had a bad smell. I had not gotten it heated or toasted 🤢 To say the least, this was the most disgusting Subway experience that I have ever had. I promptly threw the sandwich away that I had just paid $14 for so I would not get sick. Very disappointed. This location has some major issues and should really be closed until they can get things fixed so someone doesn’t even up very sick.
