  If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. First of all there were actual bugs. Not one random fly you can ignore, but multiple small insects around the prep area. Watching food being made anywhere near that was enough to completely kill my appetite. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum at a restaurant, and this location clearly does not meet it. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was just as bad as the sanitation. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I politely asked a question about toppings, I was met with visible annoyance. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply ordering food. Between the hygiene issues and the unprofessional behavior, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address both cleanliness and customer service before someone gets sick or this place earns an even worse reputation. Avoid this location.
