  Awesome Wendy's location! This was my first visit to this location, but it certainly will not be the last. My friend and I, both not from the area, decided to have a late lunch here. It was an excellent choice. This location is relatively new. It features the new interior and exterior design and look. The building and parking area are well maintained. The dining area was immaculate. The customer service provided was excellent. Very friendly, efficient staff! Our order arrived quickly and was correct. I had a delicious Dave's single with a bacon and cheese baked potato. Of course, whenever visiting a Wendy's, I must have the wonderful strawberry lemonade! My friend got a "Biggy Box" which had numerous items and is very inexpensive. We both really enjoyed our lunch. I watched this location being built and I'm happy to have finally had an opportunity to visit. Very convenient location. Easy entrance and exit. The restaurant includes a drive thru, outdoor seating and digital ordering. My only negative observation is the limited parking. Otherwise, my friend and I were totally impressed and will most certainly return when visiting the area in the future.

  I generally have pretty good luck at other Wendy's. Today is chili was thin and watery. There was almost no meat in it and it was quite planned. They wanted to charge extra for hot sauce. The baked potato was hard and undercooked. I knew better than to give it a second chance, but I did it anyway because I was hungry. It's a big expense for such low quality So many regrets.

  I ordered a #1, no cheese. just the sandwich. when it was $7.42 I assumed inflation. I opened it, it was a double. I was going to eat it but the meat was old and hard. I pulled around and asked (not demanded)for a refund. Hannah said Wendys doesn't give refunds, so I ordered another sandwich. Hannah also said that "if you order a #1 it will AUTOMATICALLY be a double you’re charged for unless you specify a single." Hannah also sounded very upset with me for asking for a refund and yelled to her kitchen "I offered her a fresh one!" Hannah was so nasty I didn’t eat the second sandwich. I wasn’t argumentative, I’m a server. the meat was gross, I ordered and paid for another sandwich when she said no refund. her attitude was gross for no reason. remember that Hannah said you will automatically be charged for a double unless you specify a single and if you get charged there are no refunds. period. according to Hannah

  Ordered a original chicken sandwich, got a spicy chicken sandwich also didn't get fries at all & the tortilla for the chicken wrap was nasty. The manager acted like she didn't want anything to do with remaking the order. she also went to the back cussing & making a scene over having to remake the order. Do it right the 1st time & you wouldn't have to worry about it.
