But both still seem to wind up smeared all over the burgers anyway. Then I get cold, pruned up fries too!! 40 dollars for absolute crap!! Never again.. management in Tazewell needs to be RETRAINED.

Then, they managed to forget a large fry in an order that consisted of 5 items. So now I have to drive back, get out of my vehicle and ask for them to get my large fry. While I was inside, I noticed all of the employees are standing in a circle just talking and ignoring the couple customers waiting on the front counter. I had asked for two cups of ranch and the lady proceeds to get an attitude with me and say “did you not get ranch with your meal?” While standing there I observed two kitchen employees who had no gloves on, touch their face and continue to handle food. Unacceptable and disgusting. Then I watched them gather outside and hit a nicotine vape out on the patio with guests about. Very unprofessional and very unfortunate that they have not a single employee with any drive, discipline, or integrity. I will never come back. Don’t waste your time here.

First time I came through the drive-thru they managed to mess up an order of a biggie bag with a large fry and a No. 8 with baconator fries. Went back in to get the fries that they forgot and saw one person in the kitchen picking their nose, and another person at the front counter ignoring guests. I asked for more ranch, and was told that I had to pay for it and "that I already got my ranch". This dining experience was absurdly bad. Food was decent, but service, sense of urgency, and customer service were all incredibly lacking.
