There was no one in the parking area, dining area. Only one person cooking. No other staff. Was refused service for dine-in

Deleted my last review to leave a new one. Stood waiting with my thumb up my tail waiting to be seated and nobody bothered. Walked outside only to see a hand written sign saying 'take out only." Its a sit down restaurant. Like I said in my last review. Get it managed properly or close the doors and shut the lights off. Down right sad!!!!!
