  Almost 15 minutes in the drive through on a 30 minute lunch break. Sandwich came out spicy eveb though that wasn't the order. Couldn't eat it. Thanks.

  I know this is fast food. But we were not greeted. We did our order on the kiosk and they just called the #. Not really any communication at all other than calling my #. Some of my fries seemed like they were old and didn’t taste great! But in the other hand the chicken nuggets were on point! Juicy and hot! Maybe it was just an “off day” so 3 stars for my trip! The nuggets got us there!

  Ordered a Big Arch, a 20-piece nugget, and a basket of fries. Asked for the Big Arch with no cheese. It came out with cheese, so I sent it back. When it came back out the second time it was obvious they had just scraped the cheese off the burger and put the buns back on instead of remaking it. There was still cheese in the box and stuck to the patties. It looked like someone tried to perform emergency cheese surgery in the back and called it good enough. If someone orders no cheese, the right move is to remake the burger, not just scrape it off and send it back out. Nuggets were cold by the time we got the second hamburger on the third try on try 2 they sent out a big Mac and it had cheese too.
