I open them up in the drive through there is no ranch so I did not want to wait to get more I just simply asked can I have some ranch. She immediately charges me for the ranch that should have already been on my wraps but I was in a rush and was not going to deal with it but I definitely took the time to make this review

Not a huge deal but also forgot to tell me there's no lettuce right now lol 😆 their customer service is a JOKE and they probably need some more training.
