- CBChris Brown1 day ago2.0Ordered a Big Arch, a 20-piece nugget, and a basket of fries. Asked for the Big Arch with no cheese. It came out with cheese, so I sent it back. When it came back out the second time it was obvious they had just scraped the cheese off the burger and put the buns back on instead of remaking it. There was still cheese in the box and stuck to the patties. It looked like someone tried to perform emergency cheese surgery in the back and called it good enough. If someone orders no cheese, the right move is to remake the burger, not just scrape it off and send it back out. Nuggets were cold by the time we got the second hamburger on the third try on try 2 they sent out a big Mac and it had cheese too.
